Class structures & Guidelines

    • One class per week, held every Thursday.

    • This class is open to all students, regardless of experience level.

    • Open to everyone; however, this class is primarily dedicated to new members and complete beginners.

    • It is the main class where we welcome students who are starting their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey with us.

    • Strong focus on:

      • Core fundamentals

      • Safety

      • Proper technique

    • This class follows structured training programs, such as:

      • 4-week Spider Guard curriculum

      • Positional systems

      • Specific technical themes

    • Although open to all students, it is primarily designed for intermediate (Blue Belts) and advanced practitioners (Purple, Brown, and Black Belts).

    • White belts with 2 stripes and above will be well accommodated.

    • Any student motivated to improve, challenge themselves, and raise their level is welcome to attend.

    • Competition classes are restricted to active competitors and students who commit to the class rules.

    Attendance requires:

    • Full commitment to training intensity

    • Technical focus, discipline, and a professional attitude

    • Full commitment to the intensity, focus, and preparation standards required for competition

    The head coach reserves the right to grant, review, or revoke access to the Competition Class at any time, based on commitment, behavior, performance, or safety considerations.
